Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you two weeks from the date you receive your artwork to request a return. Please note that this does not apply to personalised items as we are unable to re-sell these items.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following:

  • Condition of Art: Because our prints are delicate, cherished items, they must be returned in their original, pristine condition—free from creases, fingerprints, or marks—and housed in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: As a small, dedicated studio, we do not currently provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the safe arrival of the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your piece returns to us safely.
  • How to Start a Return: Simply reach out to us at Sarahgallagherdesign@outlook.com to begin the process. Please ensure the item is dispatched back to the studio within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Personalized & Custom Pieces

A significant part of our work involves creating bespoke narratives for your loved ones. Because personalized items and custom prints are created specifically for your home, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive with a defect or damage.

Damages and Order Issues

With a background in professional care, I value detail and reliability above all else. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your print is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent to your "quiet corner," contact us immediately at Sarahgallagherdesign@outlook.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to refresh the atmosphere of your room is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the piece that better suits your vision.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The artwork must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, please reach out to us.
